An overcoat must retain a clear line while accommodating the clothing beneath it. Single-breasted and double-breasted forms, coat length, lapels, pockets and lining are selected around destination, warmth and travel. Wool, cashmere and wool-cashmere options may be discussed when present in the current cloth selection; no fibre is claimed as available until confirmed.
A coat intended to cover a suit is measured differently from one worn mainly over shirts or knitwear. Length influences protection, proportion and luggage practicality, while cloth weight and drape affect warmth and movement. Bangkok may be the commissioning location, but the wearing climate should govern the specification.

Fittings
Measurements and fittings are taken with representative layers whenever possible. The team reviews shoulder allowance, chest room, arm movement, sleeve length, coat length and front-to-back balance. The coat should close comfortably over its intended layers without appearing oversized when worn as planned. Fitting requirements depend on the garment, first-time or returning-client status, the adjustments required and the available schedule.
Timeframe
Overcoat production timing varies with cloth availability, construction, length and the fitting work needed for layering. The current fact register does not establish a universal overcoat turnaround, so the delivery date must be confirmed for the individual commission. Clients travelling to a colder destination should allow time for fitting over the intended jacket or knitwear.
