The consultation begins with how and where the suit will be worn, followed by cloth, construction and style selection. Individual measurements and posture observations establish the starting pattern. At the first fitting, the team reviews shoulder expression, collar, chest, jacket balance, waist, sleeve pitch and the relationship between jacket and trousers. A further fitting is arranged when the garment or corrections require it, followed by a final review of proportion, movement and finishing. The number of fittings depends on the garment, construction, whether the client is ordering for the first time or returning, the adjustments required and the available schedule. Returning clients may be able to work from an established record, but changes in posture, preference, cloth or garment type are checked rather than assumed. A standard suit typically requires approximately 3–5 days. Half-canvas production typically requires approximately 5–10 days, while full-canvas production typically requires approximately 15–30 days and is not guaranteed within 15 days. Cloth, design, construction, current capacity, appointment timing, fitting availability and adjustments can change the schedule.
