Measurements cover neck, shoulder, chest, waist, sleeve, cuff and overall shirt length. Posture, shoulder slope, watch use and the way the client moves are also considered. The fitting checks that the collar closes comfortably, the shoulder line is controlled, the body remains clean without restriction, and the cuff and sleeve work correctly with or without a jacket. Movement allowance and expected laundering are reviewed before the pattern is finalized. Fitting requirements vary with the shirt, whether the client is ordering for the first time or returning, the adjustments required and the available schedule.

Shirt production timing depends on cloth availability, order quantity, specification and the fitting work required. The current fact register does not support publishing a universal rush or fixed-day promise for every shirt order. Share travel, event and collection dates during the bespoke consultation and fitting process so the team can confirm a realistic schedule before work begins.
